Its good to be as an employee of P H D C, I loved the company. I dont think there is scope for oinnovation but best to learn every basic things. For freshers it is excellent start of their career.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Being an employee ,worked as a branch manager and got to know the overall admin process and management experience.

Dislikes

Few of the employee has been released within a period of month just due to one of vijaya diagnostic has been taken over this PH and vintage employee has been laid off. Totally dissatisfied being an loyal employee Work balance seems to be zero, totally disappointed. I will sugget not to join this company.
