I found it a homely environment, to develop one's skills and gather experience. The company culture and management allows to entertain have innovative ideas from the beginners as well. Teammates as well as seniors are co-operative and take care as well.

Dislikes

Though usually offers a healthy package, but the increment in salary and position as well is very slow! One may work at same position and for same compensation for long years though continuously achieving targets in his / her field.

I have to look after the equipment required for the various construction activities specially for industrial construction project in a leading role of the team. Its great and enjoying.

It was a good atmosphere to work with but mi time was not good i think because company was not in a good financial situation when i work there because of the political issues.

Company was good but some people in some departments like HR,in owr own department QC had no responsiblity for what they doing.i felt like they are not supposed to sit in that position due to lack of knowledge,planning and coordnation
