The team is incredible supportive and collaborative work culture. The environment in here is not only about job done bur also about empowering each other and ensure to maintain a balance work life and professional life.

I find the current structure for annual appraisal is unfair and also there is not other benefits as per performance or not having any kind of performance bonuses in quarterly. Additionally work from home policy is not still transparent for everyone. So there should be have more clarifications for the same,

the good working environment with skill development proper guidance from senior regarding product , good culture for working and really we can look for better future with them

there is discrimination in work for home policy not properly applicable to all just a few people can take advantage for this , we didn't get any information from hr for rotational shift but after days it will applicable and from senior side the answer if you want to continue or not its in your hand
