Petpooja gives you the freedom to work, explore things and lets you take ownership of your work and this results in a great outcome. Office culture is one of the best things that Petpooja has, everyone is so welcoming and it becomes very easy to fit in.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
