PE's mrp is medium compare to other brand and quality is good that's why middle class person also afford to by PE's clothes. My owner is good person he helped me every time i need money or other help and also between me and my teammate good understanding.

Stores time i not like,10 am to 9 pm my whole day going in store that's the reason why i not complete my personal work and also salary is low and no incentive.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
