1. It was my first job. 2. The work assigned to me was good, and I learned alot by my assigned task. 3. Good to start a career. 4. No work pressure. They gave enough time to complete a task. 5. Work on devices and machine based projects. 6. Software department is better than any other department.

Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

1. No team. One person usaually takes full responsibility of one project or more. 2. Less financial growth. 3. Little political environment but you can survive if you only focus on self growth and do not take anyone seriously.

Salary - Poor
Skill development - Poor
Promotions - Bad

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
