Founder and co-founder are great as but are losing control on running as product company as they have entrusted a politician to be in charge of our great product

Vymo as a company is on a fast decline all due to "Kaurav Sunj" is in charge of product. He and his close team are just politicians who have masterded the balme-game and escapism. Zero competency, no understanding of the market, shits in pants to face client or attend client meetings. Only road map he knows or executes is his home to office commute route map. Removing this incompetent, arrogant, ageing person who is an org killer is the only way to restore the client confidence in our product. Despite our many complaints no one acts to discipline this useless dead weight - is it scare, is he is so indispensable, or just waiting for the right time to sack him.
