Less opportunities for growth and success specifically in support projects. If one have good references within the company then its best company for future success.

1)Their CTC is more complex, If you do calculate CTC with actual spending, you will see a big difference and you can do nothing about it. 2)Very slow Professional growth unless you are a exception
