When I was working with Company, one of my female colleague was humiliated by Gopal akotkar who was Region Head in Telangana, he carries a very good image of himself in the company but he is a cheap manager, manipulator and more of a womaniser. If someone voice out against him ,he/she may lose their jobs overnight. He has used so many girls in the past ,he calls them at his house and he threw them out of office once used. For males he is having biases too..there are 3-4 males not so talented but they are promoted by Gopal overnight (without any interview) as they were so good and supplying girls to him. Management needs to take severe action on such managers who destroys talented employees career.Gopal is mostly showcase himself as very supportive and most influential but he scan the girls first as per his priority and then chase them by chatting, video calls and social media everywhere to be in their good books .once girls feels the same he starts calling them at his house or overnight parties, drop them at house . Very less career growth opportunities, very slow decision making regarding any changes required for fast pacing the business , old mindset people influencing the company. Favouritism at its peak. Very few people are genuine and not corrupted in this organization. No one is bothered to know the ground realities either in middle management or higher management.

This is possibly the only MNC which blackmail their employees at the threat of defamation and degradation of their position.
