They differentiate contract and on role employees in each things they show low level to contract employees as well as the talented skilled people they hire and put into low profile and there is 0 support from hr team also the management staff is very poor there is no one to support you in any ways and there is only work pressure butalso they do not have the manners to speak to their employees 3rd class experience of Pernod too much of politics and bad management...Read More

Best company.. where i will learn on multiple aspects. Free food, good environment, 5 days working (WFH for a day as per manager acceptance), ontime salary,leaves Holidays etc.

Very less career growth opportunities, very slow decision making regarding any changes required for fast pacing the business , old mindset people influencing the company. Favouritism at its peak. Very few people are genuine and not corrupted in this organization. No one is bothered to know the ground realities either in middle management or higher management.
