The manufacturing culture is changing with changing the top position,there is no value for loyal and ethical workmen ship,now not so good culture to work in manufacturing,if somebody want to work ,request to please work for short term take experience and live the company.

Earlier days were good and interesting till the top position focus ,when the focus change then the long term working association will get zero value,job uncertainty starts.
