I liked that the compensation is credited to our account before month end... Yes the travel policy was also quite satisfactory.

A skip level communication was always the case with Pernod-Ricard. Training needs are not tailor-made for the individual requirements.All feel jobs secured but it is not the case.It is a flat organisation where there is no career path. Appraisal method is pathetic.Due to grape wine work environment is always tensed. Innovation is not entertained.Next to impossible is work life balance. My achievement in this company is that I did 2 million ceases in 10 moths and grabbed 5% of operating segment share form competition.
