Growth is slow, since the work in itself is very limited hence one does not get enough opportunities to experiment and innovate.

When it comes to digital marketing performics is the best in terms of learning, apart from that we get a lot of holidays, pay scale as fresher is also pretty high compared to other companies, we work around 10 hours a day including lunch, and if you don't have work don't work its not necessary that if your are in office you have to work.
