the company thrived till it was karza technologies but since its acquisition from perfios, the focus has shifted significantly to aggressive cost cutting, frequent restructuring and layoffs. the supportive environment has suddenly become a high pressure culture with unrealistic expectations alongside rising politics and favoritism. it has impacted the overall moralle

No policies for certifications and courses reimbursement hence they unlikely promote skill development. Appraisal does happen as they should keeping in mind they post such good profits ,unicorn news on linkedin while they are 50% of variable bonus and said company did not perform well.

It's a great fintech company making banking applications. It has grown and grown and has become a unicorn now. I personally worked on the account aggregator team. All my colleagues were very supportive and it was never hectic for me to work in that environment.

Micromanagement, no job security, partiality PSU clients can ask the deliverables in 1 day and top management will make sure you meet it by sucking life out of you The leadership is filled with individuals who exhibit psychopathic traits, making the workplace unbearable.
