Nothing. The culture is bad, the mindset is bad, leadership is bureaucratic, and atmosphere is like employee is guilty unless he proves to be not guilty. They have installed 200+ cameras in a very small factory. It is like a foreign company exploiting indian market and Indian workers. The company even acknowledges it had a very bad past of meeting safety standards.

Career growth is slow, there are politics management doesn't address, there is no increments of third party payroll no growth as well and management doesn't notice that

Company policy is good if you can ready do work like a slave of front line manager you can work

One of worst management, all the Treated their's own company... No one ready to hire anything all the managers sitting very longtime at the same territory and sleeping all the works has to do only front line employees and only manager work forwarding the mail.
