I enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems as well as the sense of accomplishment that comes with finding a solution. I enjoy my workplace's collaborative environment and the opportunity to work with talented and passionate people.

Dislikes

There's nothing I really dislike about my current job. Working for my current company has allowed me to improve my skills and learn new tasks, and I'm grateful for those opportunities. I'm applying for this job because working remotely has become challenging for me

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
