No office work on weekends. Work only for 5 days a week. Free tea/coffee is given in the morning and afternoon. Celebrating the birthday of each employee.

Dislikes

No job security. No growth. Good performance is not recognized and appreciated. Single women are not recognized for their work. Lot of favouritism.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
