There is a politics because they are joining their relatives in the company and intentionally harassing the employees and not promoting the candidate who are working hard. They are promoting, Giving incentives and also awarding their own relative.

Bad experience , all Managements are selected from Defense, Army. they treat all employees as Servant, all are the use Bad langues in every sentence.
