Salaries not paid to employees, ex employees for 3 months to 2 years. They treat you like donkey. You can be thrown out like a fly in a milk anytime without any policy.

Its not an employee friendly company so there is nothing to like about it

Zero involvement of SMTs to solve employee grievances, plenty of bottlenecks which hinder smooth management and execution of business, salaries are never paid on time.....it's been over an year but our last 3 month's salary are still not cleared. I would not recommend anyone to join this company.

High level of politics female called sejal who run the HR team past more than a decade is unaware about the facts or issues of employees. so people generally don't stay for a long in the organisation.
