Negative environment. Useless HR which is only a stooge of the management. Management is least interested in the business. To top it all, infinite salary delays & it is the company policy to harass employees by keeping their money. Full name final settlements take years to finish.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
