Likes

It's been more than a decade of this startup but it's they doesn't want to accept that it's an established company now. They keep rhyming the same tune that we are a startup and relaise the employee that you need to work at least 12 hours minimum.

Dislikes

They have lighting speed of work. I loved it and learn more and more in that speed and that has enhanced too my working speed.

Work satisfaction - Bad
Work-life balance - Bad

Work Details

In pepperfry you don't have work life balance. Although it's 5 days week but you work on Sunday too.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
