Dislikes

Not at all hygienic place to work. No basic things like tissues, disposable etc. Its waste calling this company a pvt ltd. Perfect phrase for this company “Naam bade aur darshan chote. ” Director have No etiquette of speaking to employees. Working here is complete waste of time and energy.

There is no HR policy in place, the management twists the rules and regulations as per their conveneince, only few faces are their favourites so they have got all benefits, management thinks that they are the last one in the world who are providing jobs to people. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
