Work culture. Top management non-receptive in terms of ideas. Does not accept any feed back or suggestions from mid management or field staff. No understanding of Insulation Market. Not ready to accept changes. Attitude of my way or high way of top management. Lack of trust in employees.Always look down on team members and think all team members are corrupt.

Those who excel at pleasing the manager, even by cooking good bindi fry, are considered suitable to lead the purchase department, regardless of their knowledge of procurement or the materials they handle. 2. Approach towards process & acquire help from any level of people is easily feasible. Health & Safety for people is very good, no compromise for safety as well as quality. Good working culture. Very vast opportunity for people development. Flexible timings for shift people makes good work life balance.
