The co-workers were very helpful because we could feel each other's pain since we were sailing in the same boat, besides this i don't think there was anything interesting.

Dislikes

I don't used to get salary on time,trust was the biggest deficit,at first there were alternate Saturday's off but eventually it changed to 6 days working still figuring out the reason for the same, we didn't received any appraisal in last year other than these everything was good 😁

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
