1) Good policy for employees 2) Good safety policy in place 3) Compliance is much better 4) MD is down to earth for all category of employees. He is much concerned about the health & safety of employees. Etc.

1) Instead sourcing, major purchases/procurements is being done by user department (except Rates negotiations and raising of PO). 2) Personal approach of HR team with the employees on shopfloor is missing. 3) Few employees (departments) are still working “Work From Home” as there is No existence of Covid here in Goa. So much so, uniformity policy is also missing.
