The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

This is a family owned business, hence they are more concerned about their profits. However had a good set of colleagues, who were very helpful and cooperative.

No professionalism, no employee benefits, reimbursements delayed, no job security, no marketing support, no on the job training imparted, work environment very poor, attrition rate very high due to these reasons. Pure Marwari Company, with no authority to Managers.

This company is Purely "MARWARI LALA" company. Its one plus point is they can make bill in under cutting price Example. Basic Price 100 + GST 18%= costing 118 They can take 50% basic in shape of cash from distributor now their calculation is basic 50 + GST 18%= 59 + under cutting 50=109 is costing

This company is purely "Marwari Lala"company. All decisions taken by MD only. If MD not available in HO no one take any decision even his SON. Salary is come in time but Tour Expenses should be reimburse when MD available. No fixed time for it. They can deduct any amount any time. If you ask for it no body give reply except ask to MD. no award reward given in this organisation.
