Recruit the persion give offer latter and ask at the time of joining date we out source our department... Employee lost his job also he will ask we will pay 15 days salary for your job loss. This time candidate no option if you join same compny he say you have no loss of your job. Candidate do 100 calls or masage but Mr. Sourabh khemka not pik the phone calls and not answer the calls.. The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
