I am worked in Penna cement for last 4years.But no one give respect to their junior person...please ask them to change the attitude sir...

My superior ask me to get out of my car while visiting my working Market(Area)...It is not suitable culture for my superior Todo so...We are marketing people,We usually give respect to our college's and other company people but your concern not give respect to your own employee it is very pathetic......

Leaders and Managers are very supportive. HR department was very good and resolve our queries immediately as much as they can. Good job.

Politics in the job, security of job is the big question mark here??? And You can't also not expecting work life balance in sales and marketing job. Need to change some things in their policies to support employees.
