Peninsula Land Ltd is one of the best company in real estate and its has history of 150 years. Owner of the company is best ever i have seen in whole life.

Management is very disgusting. accounting system would love to work on old style in new generation.Though there is SAP but working on own style budget has to be finalized before 31 march every year but landing to present after June and all vendor cries for delay payment.Senior management does not respect company policy which is lay down by the HR or Admin department. seems HR has no control and dance on seniors tune without investigating facts...Read More

There is no job security I took leave for medical purpose. Because I got 16 striches on my back and my manager showing his unprofessional way he said u have to come office on time. There is no supporting even he doesn't informed me he is looking for replacement. Even I do have all the documents related to my injury

There's no growth, job remains stagnant throughout your term, there's no one to listen to you, some people dictates entire staff.. totally not place to work, if you are ambitious for your future endeavours.
