There is lot of politics.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting. I kearnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and helped me get taste of different roles within the same team.

I like about the penguin electronic is very functionally work with there protocols also management is good. Good work environment and culture, teammate supportive.

The job is interesting but I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was training. Learn how to manufacturing companies are work with there protocols and also learn everything.
