Complete Management politics, poor work life balance, poor work environment, no pay, inflexible work schedule, Annoying management. No job security, recently fired 45 employees for their selfish reasons and for their job security, There will be no growth in designation wise nor salary wise. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. They don't even know nothing about work relevant knowledge and decision making skills. You'll be worth when you praise the management. Since from last 1 year , we lost many of the clients due to their inefficient skills, lack of proper planning. They have taken blank cheques with 3 years bond, finally we were laid off for their own reasons within our bond period continuity without any intial notice. Since from last year they have started BPO and failed. Even they've laid off many of the BPO employees. Now I personally feel, everything will going to be demolished near future.
