Nothing is there to say good thing. All are bad thing only. Very very bad company

Dislikes

Management doesn't have any administration skills, vry poor treatment with employees, who are skilled and working hard, people who are doing bhagana around the them, they appreciate. Even they are not maintaining the HR policies also. I they doesn't like they terminate on the same day without any reason and also not paying single paisa as per ofer notice ( #months notice period). Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
