Job seekers don't fall for offer letters given by this company if you unfortunately make it in the interview. Believe that you will be experiencing hell if join here. These amount on offer letter is just to pull you into their never ending circus of fooling banks. These company is senseless for their employees. They don't pay you salaries and make you work like donkeys without any deadline for it. They have no plans for developments and will ask you to complete it in half time (without paying even half of salary on time). They show undeveloped and unplanned features to client to loot money and later make employees work late and under stress to deliver it to bank. Most of the managers here are very unprofessional in behavior. Some managers are just engineers with no MBA degree hence have very poor team management skills. I believe they are paid silently just to ensure that they pressurize there team to work late and in half time. There are no appraisals done from 2022 and have history of irregular salary payment. They also keep your long back salaries unpaid with no plan to pay it. There are many ex-employees who have not even received their FnF even after more than a year and they say it will be paid in 45 days. They don't reply your emails or calls regarding salary irrespective of you are employee or ex-employee of this company. HR is biggest joke within this company. The designation "HR" doesn't really suit them. They should be called MR (Management Resources) as they speak their language only. So people who are still working here BEST OF LUCK..and people who are willing to join, stay away from experiencing hell when you still deserve to work in better company. Don't get duped looking at remote working or WFH facility since it is because they can't afford to spend on utility bills to make employees work from office. I joined here as a fresher and learn from scratch specially in payment side. Alot to learn from domain perspective. Manager and team really help and train well. No micro management, flexibility is given. Still work from office is not start.

No salary on time , there are 3 teams not take names whose experience is not worth it, no use to work in those teams . completely waste of time .plus no salary work load is same as if salary is there no F&F after45 days .no credit of salary even after medical emergency. all the senior are working like donkey.

I started as a fresher and learned so much from this company and grown from a trainee to a Software Engineer. Open Environment Overall a good management and good working environment , HR team is very friendly and goes out of the way to help. Doing the testing times they were some minor issues but everything was updated and sorted

Think 10 times before you join. If you leave the company then you have to struggle for FnF even after 1 year. No one from Management will reply to your emails. Management will always put false picture in front of the employees. They should learn to be transparent with their employees. From May 2022 they started to pay salary in twoinstallments with no fixed data. April 2023 salary was kept on hold. Sept 2023 salary was kept on hold which they have cleared in Oct 2024. In between all fake promises were given and employees were asked to work 12 hours a day. HR post is for namesake. They will not help you in any circumstances. HR is the person to whom you look upon while joining and leaving the organization. But over here they will ask you to directly connect with Finance or Admin. Got no idea what's the job of HR if they cant bide with the policies they put in front of you while joining. Finance is always not reachable. There seems to be some major problem with pelican.ai While I was working in pelican.ai and from the last year there were many salary delays taking place. I have quit the pelican and am waiting for a full and final settlement which was to be done within 45 days of exit. It is almost 90 days and I have not received it yet. When I mailed hr there was no reply from their side. After some enquiries I came to know that they have not paid their ex-employees fnf for the last one year. When I asked some employers working there they said the work culture is very hectic also there has been a salary delay for 3 months.
