They systematically mentally abuse you as if they own your weekends and you. The entire COVID time we were forced to work every weekend stating that what else do we have to do and we should be thankful that we still have jobs. The senior management ridicules you in public they don't believe in one-to-one conversations. They will not hesitate to pass personal comments on you. The irony is their HR head - Rimpee Kukreja herself passes personal comments. The management would love to control you. Even if you are in a customer-facing role and have years of experience it does not matter because management thinks they can insult you whenever they like whether a stand up meeting with 25 people or in front of the client. God forbid if you have questions in salary- the finance head passes disgusting comments on you and will never answer your questions The company never pays on time. They have done it many times in the past where if they make a wrong decision they make the employees pay for it....Read More

Freaking out everytime and shit behaviour from managers. Unresponsive management and false commitments. Bi*chy financial services. Full of dissatisfaction, zero growth and 15-16 hours of work for a whole week. Zero work-life balance.

One of the major drawbacks was the lack of effective communication and collaboration within the organization. important information often failed to reach right stake holders on time, resources do not give proactive statues to manager, and lot of follow-ups required. but company is working towards training their resources and something can be solved by the people who are in the company since very long, the ones with right attitude.
