No proper employee training and recognition.Job security is very scaring here.Job satisfaction is damaged by this laymen culture developed by management. Constriction on employee benefits by HR and GM is very funny over here.Former top level management was wiser.As of now current management is running like a shift.On work regards,employee and workers will get very least hike and recognition too.If you are planning to join pls change your mind,because HR will drag you to the very very very low package(local cand) while Salary discussion that is below than your last gross salary.
