- HR is pathetic, extremely laidback - Growth is upon sweet talking and not merits You will be stuck if you are not good with your manager - No age criteria for becoming manager, and as this position requires responsibilty, it is sometimes mishandled inappropriately -Employee empathy is 0, they believe document over personal connections - Employee learning is available, but you cannot do much about that, as your managers discretion to allow IJP, just before IJP is going to be awarded they put PIP, to ensure you are not eligible for one....Read More
