In Pearl Organisation we have lot of opportunities to learn and grow , Managers are very supportive. Good Work life balance.

Dislikes

Casual Leave is not flexible and also we can not carry forward it.

Work Details

I am about to complete an year in Pearl Organisation and overall experience is very good . I have learn so many new things from my seniors and team mates.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
