Overall HR head is one of the fool i ever seen. Zero job security and high level of politics. Management is quite ok but high level Employees including CHRO is politician. If anybody wants to learn politics plz join.

6 days work, No timelimit. No job security No cash flow to the company Totally loan dependent Never paid money on time Deducted 50% salaries during lockdown And blackmailed to come office during lockdown Not allowed work from home. Senior’s behaviour very rude.
