There is No any job security, they will remove without any pre information,me also faced same problem. And no increment no bonus work will be gain but salary will be same

They will gove extra work to single person and they give mental torcher for work, politics and management does not support to our issues.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
