Not the best place to work not the worst either. Things i like at Pearl are that there is a good work-life balance most of the time. They have upgraded a lot of the infrastructure off late and putting a lot of effort to get the industry to the classroom.

The way Pearl selects students is problematic. Some of the students i feel are not even motivated to do a design course which reflects in their performance and overall aptitude. Pearl Applicants do not have to compete to get selected. As long as this is not resolved Pearl will continue to be mediocre academically irrespective of howlong they have been in business. The main challenges I face at Pearl Academy is dealing with the site director's constant yelling and lack of appreciation for good work. Instead of fostering a supportive environment, the director was often involved in office politics, which made it difficult to focus on delivering quality results. Additionally, HR is not a reliable resource, as they often acted manipulatively.
