The way Pearl selects students is problematic. Some of the students i feel are not even motivated to do a design course which reflects in their performance and overall aptitude. Pearl Applicants do not have to compete to get selected. As long as this is not resolved Pearl will continue to be mediocre academically irrespective of howlong they have been in business.
