All over experience was good, from the managing director, to 4rth class staff, every one was so nice, well behaved, and helpful to each other..

Dislikes

I dint like the hire n fire policy there. No job security is there, just hiring people like that and fire them without reason is a bad thing , better don't hire ,if you don't require,or any budget issues. Such acts demotivate the employee.and make the one doubtful about his/her own calibre and efficiency.

They don't provide salary on time,it's been more one and half year I left that company, they didn't provide me salary of 15 days,no job security

It was very exciting to work there, some time it looks very hard to reach and complete responsibility but every time it was a pleasure to get a chance to take responsibility.
