Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. Being with this organization for past 4 yrs and have seen many people lost jobs without any reasonable things my be company has a wrong hiring at 1dt place. If I compare this with other market leader it's below avg. In terms of work culture and management. Only company is growing employees growth is minimal. Work life balance is not best, Policies are only good on papers

No growth / development / Raise. Sometimes feel like I have made a wrong investment of my time and literally wasted crucial 4 years of my life.
