PBO Management will set unrealistic expectations to client during diagnosis and will sent you to fulfill it without giving you any training or deploying senior person who knows how to run a project. You will be doing all he study , implementation of the proposal and meetings with client , senior person with you will not leave his chair or go to shop floor for any help but will ask for results from you by the end of day. All the credit of the work will be automatically will be taken by senior because the PBO management will not visit site and will take the review on phone from the senior. Here you have to do the entry on gate every time before entering into company because you will not get any identification card or employee code because the HR team is incompetent in doing the daily work. At the end if you can work under pressure 24*7 and willing to travel to different sites then you can think of joining here....Read More
