No rewards and recognition on efforts put in. Ver rapid change in management decisions so always change in plan, unable to concentrate and deliver on 1 or 2 items.

WFH option helped in avoiding traffic. Work-life balance was good.

Lack of planning. Not much in-person interaction with the team as everyone was in different cities.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
