Management approach towards employees was disappointing. There was a noticeable lack of empathy and understanding towards the challenges faced by the workforce. Instead of fostering a collaborative environment there was a sense of competition that hindered team work and collaboration. To summarize the factors ranges from lack of transparency, excessive workload and unsupportive work culture made the experience made the experience of working at Paytm Insider deeply dissatisfying. Remote Work, Shreyas/ Neehar are amazing. The people who had joined initially, they are amazing people. Very friendly, empathetic. Post covid, the hiring has been bad. Scope of Work is fun to be honest. Free mental health therapy.

This place had the potential to be one of the best workplaces, but there needs to be somebody to help maintain the culture.
