There are frequent reorgs happening in the company and the direction given by the new ceo does not have any new innovation. The work life balance is a huge miss. You have to work long hours throughout the week and the senior management do not help you move internally. They do not favour career growth. You need to be under good hands to grow in your career else its really tough.

mainly work life balance and salary. Initially company provided many good benefits for employees but later some cheap employees doing cheap tricks then company started cost cutting. Otherwise, a very good organization. Only one bad thing is lay off's - not sure when they announce lay off

No job security. Frequent leadership change. No QA Team , Developer has to take their own responsibility to test their features and deploy in live. Previously work life balance is so goodbut now a days, support team is also getting removed and the developers are forced to do the oncall support along with the regular work even if you have concerns. It highly depend on team and manager under which you are working. Post covid, lot of layoff and restructuring has left the firm with only specific resources and management who see a growth and job security opportunity at the expense of team and their work life balance without providing much effort from their end
