PayPal has a great work culture. Company tries to focus on innovative/engineering first initiatives.

Dislikes

Promotions usually happens only if visibility of a person is more rather than promoting someone who is good enough technically

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
