Salary is good, dont settle for less ask for more while joining. It all depends upon the team, dont expect much hike or bonus if your manager is a psychopath or pseudo feminist

The company culture is a joke in many teams, too much micromanagement for global services, It operations, pc support, Data operations team, if you land in any one of this job, run. Leadership is extremely poor in COE side, they directly jumped from third grade service based industry with the same culture and mindset and has shown little to no adaptability and improvement towards paychex existing culture. Hr team is a joke, they wont be available 95% of the time, and the attitude they posses is next level, they will make you treat them like your slave, especially vivek. Good people needs to come to Hr team in the role of vivek and shiv*** b**tt Politics is next level, they wouldnt hire much candidates from outside, because they think interal hiring can bring better culturally fit candidates to the team, but internal candidates are a joke and posses no culture at all. People in leadership have no job other than micromanaging the engineers, if they are following agile, then why things have to be micromanaged, because the managers doesnt even know the basic concepts of agile, they are here for 25-30 years, not updating anything to the current standards and showing lot of racism towards Indian folks. Once I and my manager were wearing same color blazer, I told her in conversation basis, “look we are same and matching today” . She immediately went inside and changed the overcoat and told me that “No, we are not same”. Do they think we are living in some kind of slavery era. On top of this you can expect pseudo feminism, favouritism, racism, micromanagement and literal psycho path in leadership. They will only be in favour of woman employee even though they did 1000 production mistakes, if you do a single documentation error(not even prod one) you are out. Yup they will terminate you. And the reason they give will be biggest joke, full of poor politics, drama and other crap As I mentioned previously, not every team is like this but more then 95% in global services and 40% in IT are like this, if you are confident that you wont fall into that category, feel free to take the job....Read More
