Company culture is not good. Roles and responsibilities are not defined. No authority to play the role. All top leaders will do micro management. DOA is not defined. System and standards are not in place. After probation getting confirmation and after resignation relieving is very difficult. Salary between 5 to 7 th of the month Leaves are less Poor Admin and infrastructure. Container office. Shift timing is 9 hours. Policies are few but will not get benefit out of it...Read More

Likes

its a very good company. Our MD and management is very supportive and have good approach towards employee..we are taking so many initiative in this year for employee welfare and CSR and also for Great Place to work.. In guidance of NCG sir we will soon be a very re-known company.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
